HP Service Experts are trained and certified in unified, multi-OS endpoint management technology and will assist IT in delivering proactive security, support, and device management. Please note that Proactive Management does not include any form of onsite “break-fix” support or any onsite support Service Level Agreement (SLA), however, these can be purchased separately and included in the HP DaaS contract.
